1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you, the registered player ("Player", "you", "your"), and biti baji ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the website located at biti-baji.com and all associated services, games, and features offered therein. By accessing the platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

biti baji reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the biti baji platform regardless of how they access the service — whether through a desktop web browser, a mobile browser on Android or iOS, or any other device or method. There is no downloadable application; the full platform is accessible through a standard web browser.

Governing Language

The official language of these Terms is English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to biti baji is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The platform operates a mandatory 18+ age policy without exception. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout your use of the platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, biti baji may request identity verification documents from any player at any point during their use of the platform. This is standard practice for all reputable online gambling platforms and is intended to protect players, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. Documents commonly requested include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (a photograph of the bKash or Nagad account screen matching the registered mobile number)

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, biti baji reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, limit account functionality, or suspend the account. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request may result in account closure in accordance with the Account Suspension and Closure section of these Terms.

Geographic Eligibility

biti baji is an internationally operated offshore gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction. The platform does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific country. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active biti baji account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. biti baji uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any funds contained therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the biti baji platform, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account credentials. biti baji will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the biti baji support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. The support team is available 24/7 and can place a temporary hold on your account while an investigation is conducted.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information through Account Settings or contact the support team. biti baji cannot be held responsible for account issues, missed notifications, or payment delays that result from outdated account information.

Two-Factor Authentication

biti baji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account. This adds a secondary verification step to the login process, substantially reducing the risk of unauthorised access. 2FA can be enabled from the Security section of Account Settings. Disabling 2FA is permitted but done at the player's own risk.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

biti baji supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) by default. biti baji does not charge platform-level deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your biti baji account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network. Under normal conditions, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits reflect within 5 minutes. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes due to banking network processing times.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000 (subject to payment method limits)
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• biti baji reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. Players must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal can be approved. Under standard conditions, Nagad and Rocket withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. bKash withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (higher limits may be available for VIP players upon request)
• Withdrawals will be declined if there is an active pending bonus with incomplete wagering requirements
• biti baji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳100,000

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). biti baji does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If your payment provider processes funds in a currency other than BDT, any conversion fees or exchange rate differences are outside biti baji's control and will be applied by your provider.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

biti baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by biti baji are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements define the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds, or winnings derived from bonus funds, can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms. Typical wagering requirements on biti baji range from 20x to 45x the bonus amount.

Bonus Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC checks and whose accounts are in good standing. biti baji reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion. If wagering requirements are not met before expiry, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited without compensation. The expiry clock begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the account, not from the time the player begins using it.

Prohibited Bonus Abuse

The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once
• Using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., placing offsetting bets, alternating between red/black in roulette) specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Systematically exploiting promotions in a way that is inconsistent with ordinary recreational play
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed through the biti baji sportsbook and all games played in the live casino, slots, and speciality games lobbies.

Sportsbook Wagers

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds may change between the time you select them and the time you confirm the bet — if this occurs, the platform will display the updated odds and ask you to confirm before proceeding. biti baji uses real-time data feeds to update odds throughout live events.

Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, standard cricket void rules apply unless specific competition rules state otherwise.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned before the point at which a result can be determined under the applicable sporting rules
• The bet was accepted in error (e.g., due to a manifest pricing error where odds were clearly incorrect)
• The player placed the bet after the official start time of the event (late bets)
• The outcome of the event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption

Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake value. Void bets do not count toward the wagering requirements of any active bonus.

Casino and Slots

All casino games and slot machines on the biti baji platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is disclosed in that game's information panel. biti baji does not modify or interfere with RNG outcomes.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game outcome, you must contact the support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered. biti baji will investigate all disputes using its transaction logs, game records, and data provider feeds. The decision of the biti baji disputes team is final and binding.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the biti baji platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful recreational purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform's software, design, or proprietary data
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display faults to gain an unfair financial advantage — any winnings derived from a known technical error are not eligible for withdrawal
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may constitute money laundering under applicable law
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening the support team or other users
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new account after requesting self-exclusion

Intellectual Property

All content on the biti baji platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text content, data feeds, and software — is the intellectual property of biti baji or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of platform content is strictly prohibited.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, biti baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activities. biti baji's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

biti baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to the account
• The player's jurisdiction making it unlawful for biti baji to operate the account
• The player requesting self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your biti baji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not exempt a player from any outstanding obligations to the platform.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. biti baji will attempt to notify dormant account holders by email before any administrative action is taken. Following notification, a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the dormant balance. The account will be closed when the balance reaches zero or after a total of 24 months of inactivity, whichever occurs first.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling can request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion through Account Settings or by contacting the support team. During a self-exclusion period, access to the account is suspended and the player will be removed from all marketing communications. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms and will result in both accounts being permanently closed with funds retained pending investigation.
